Some employees that speak English would be nice. I feel that if they could communicate with the customers, not so many of the orders would end up being wrong. It's simple enough stuff to where it shouldn't be a pain in the butt every time you go, yet at this location, it is.

I USUALLY DONT RATE BUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. Employees don’t care, called about my online order because they sent me just fries the first time and half the order the second, when I did get a hold of someone they answered with hello this is Wendy’s what do you want. They don’t care about the customers, their job or the company they work for. DISGRACEFUL

when i tell you i’ve been having the WORST experiences lately with fast food chains- (especially with Chick-fil-a in Texas City) I kid you not today was one of the best experiences. Whoever took my order and the person that made my order did everything correctly. customer service was on point, every sauce i asked for was in the bag. And the food was actually fresh and hot. Didn’t even have to wait that long. So thank you to the people who were working today at 4:08pm.

Horrible place with terrible management. I worked here and was treated extremely poor. I have years of management experience and yet was not given a chance to move up in the company, yet others who speak no English whatsoever were promoted without hesitation. Numerous corners are cut there, and I will most certainly be contacting OSHA and the investigative news teams to report the many things I documented during my time here. They don't care about service, only speed. Customers were made to park because food was not readily available even though there were no cars behind them in line simply because they don't want high timers for the drive thru. I had requested specific days off and wasn't given them explicitly to screw me over and make me lose my job. Get ready HAZA Foods. Your day of reckoning is coming and you have Blanca to thank for it.
