The owner is rude and was yelling when I told her what I wanted. She made the whole experience bad. I’ve been going here for years and she does pretty good work but can’t deal with her attitude any longer.

My hometown Buisness which saved me a trip from going far into Houston. I’m very satisfied with the customer service we received. They had everything my son wanted for tuxedo. I can’t wait til the day he puts it on for 2025 Coltillion.

I will not be coming back here, unfortunately. I have been here plenty of times and am typically satisfied with the job that is done, but this past time was unacceptable. I brought about 5 (expensive) items of clothing to be tailored and when I received them, the tailoring was so poorly done. The stitching was uneven and wonky, the fit was not right, threads of string were hanging off the clothing in the places that the garments had been altered. I feel like the clothes that I worked and saved up to buy and that were not cheap are now ruined, and I hadn’t even gotten the chance to wear most of them.
When the original owner was still alive (Mr. Willis), the tailoring done here was exquisite. However, now that years have passed, the new couple who oversees the shop have gotten complacent and sloppy with their work. I left the shop last week almost in tears feeling like my clothes were ruined and not fixable.

The Best in the whole Area! She does an amazing job. I travel a lot but always bring my clothes and suits to Willis Tailor. Mary Nguyen is the best in the Seamstress you will ever have. When my dad passed away she took care of his suit and steamed his suit for no charge. She is so amazing and I will not go any where else but Willis Tailor. I live in Sugarland! I will drive hours to use her service. Thank you Mary! She always make me feel at home.

I called and asked if they sewed patches to jerseys. I went in and orig she had said pick up next week (which was 100% fine with me), and then once she saw it she asked if I wanted to wait so I did. About 15 mins later she said it was ready for pick up and looked awesome! I felt it was very affordable and quality work. I do recommend!!I saw reviews where some say she could come off rude, but that’s that ethnicity they are very direct and you should respect that, leave it aside, and have her do the work. You won’t be disappointed.

I had an evening gown that was my mother's and it needed updating (the sleeves removed and some bodice work). I was in a pinch and she had it ready in just a few days!!!! Life saver...Since then she's done hems and little things but after that gown situation , I have not gone anywhere else.

I needed to be sized and measured for a suit, no big deal. The lady was not only dismissive and rude, but left out multiple sizes needed to order a proper suit. When I called about the matter, the phone was answered by someone else, but I could hear the initial lady yelling behind him saying she's done everything right and "she's been doing this for 20 years." When I asked about the sizes that were left out, and if those sizes were normal to be given during a sizing, I was told yes. So not only is the lady running this place rude, but she'll leave out things you need, then tell you it's your fault, even though you've paid for the service. Judging by the reviews for this business already, I should have known better. The only reason I didn't leave 1 star is because the guy was quick to get back to me, which does show at least a rudimentary understanding of how to treat a customer.

To be honest when I was in ROTC at Dickinson it was Mr Willis who ran the place an he was very nice and the woman there now was his apprentice.....so I went a week ago and she just said "put on clothes" so I put the pants, shirt an coat on along with socks an shoes to see how it looked, so it would be spot on. She yelled at me saying why did I put on things that didn't need to be tailored, sigh! Then when I picked it up I didn't try it on at the buisness but when I got home just as a let me check, it was like she didn't tailor the pants cause they were more loose than the 1st time! Idk its iffy I guess. I won't go back it's not the same company it's more of a good back when memory.
