I'm a new customer (02/07/2022) with Affordable Attic Self Storage at the Donna TX location & let me tell you I'm impressed! The place deserves a score greater than 5 stars & here's why: First of all & most important Facility Director Connie Morales provides outstanding cheerful customer service; she's very helpful, knowledgeable, personable & takes pride in her work; she really makes every effort to be accommodating & to make you feel welcomed. Secondly & just as important, my initial impression of the facility itself was that it couldn't be older than a few years, I mean the place is so well designed, built & modern with state of the art 24/7/365 controlled access, very clean & well taken care of as well as well lit at night & the storage room I rented was very clean. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that it was built in the 1995! WOW! The personnel & company really know what they're doing! So If you need extra storage space & you're lucky enough to find a room here, I suggest take it before somebody else does!

I give them 5 stars. This Donna location off the freeway, is super convenient. They also have some Penske trucks on site so move out after about a year was easier for me. I highly recommend calling Connie Morales, site manager. Super friendly. Super honest and always available to assist with storage needs. I live in San Antonio, and would frequently call to check on my stuff. She always gave me the peace of mind. Thanks again Connie Morales.

They have regular units and climate controlled units, their units vary in size, depending on how many boxes, furniture, etc.. you may need to store. The personnel is friendly and quite helpful.
