The kid they have working there has no knowledge of how to check the battery or alternator. He seemed out of it. I know i had to buy a new battery but i was not going to trust anyone in this place to change it for me. I was happy to next door to oreillys.

worse customer service I’ve received at an auto part store despite mechanics being bad spoken I’ve never been treated like I was today. Very disappointed if I could give a 0 star I most definitely would. Fix your management.

We have been coming here for a while and made good communication with the manager Jaime. the staff in commercial is simply amazing and always helpful, however today we came in to buy some tools to fix a flat tire and Adolfo not only refused to sell us the parts, he also said “I can’t sell it to you because you’ll just return it and I can’t put used stuff on the shelf”Needless to say we will be taking our commercial account elsewhere after such rude customer service
