“Rosa Trevino was so helpful with getting everything set up for my grandfather and myself for us to take care of the paperwork needed for our renewals we have had experiences with other places and none have offered this much assistance through the process and the same goes for all the other representatives we have had help us. It is a wonderful bank and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a great place to have and account and still receive service and be treated like an actual person. Major bonus points for the actual people doing real reach outs and follow ups, etc.”

“I used to avoid the drive thru because the service was soooo slow, no matter if there's 1 car in line or 4. However, now it's soooo slow inside the bank I won't go in there anymore. Luckily the drive thru is way better because the young gentleman, Lucio, has been my drive thru teller, and he is so fast and efficient, y'all need 3 more just like him inside the bank!”
