A terrible stay, the staff is super rude. The hotel is very dirty, I found cockroaches in the room and they don't do anything, they never stay here. The manager is rude and arrogant.
The breakfast is terrible and the whole hotel smells bad.
And staying does not mean that the hotel was good. They always refused to return what I had already paid. Be very careful with them and an arrogant lying manager.
Rooms: Very dirty and with insects.

I requested a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed and the space inside the room was very spacious. In general the hotel looks remodeled. I feel like the elevator lacks maintenance because it thunders a lot.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ALL THE AIR CONDITIONER WERE OFF IN ALL THE HOTE RENTED THE ROOM AT 1PM AND BY 7PM THE ROOM WAS STILL HOT AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS POLICY FOR ALL COMFORT INN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

In general all good. Good ubication.Food & drinks: It includes breakfast, which has a schedule like in any hotel, and includes cereal, coffee, juice, waffles, bread, eggs, etc.

Absolutely the front desk manager is kind , caring and very attentive without being overly in your space. The maids are attractive and efficient. The breakfast in the morning could work on being a tad bit more hot ? but other than that AMAZING GIVE HIM A RAISE SERIOUSLY DESERVES IT ....
