Restrooms are a cesspool. Very dirty restrooms, no toilet paper, trash cans overfilled. Paper falling out. Papers all over the floor. Looks like they haven't cleaned restrooms in about 2 weeks.

Did not like how the young lady scanning my items kept mumbling rude stuff about another customer she had earlier. I mean the customer was upset they just kept telling him sorry we cant help you move to the side so i can help the customers. She didn’t give him a proper explanation. I think she messed up giving him something and did not apologize just kept telling him can’t help you move to the side I have customers. Then some guy came to help the customer because the cashier already had a line. But he couldn’t help him either just told him to contact the number outside and if you want to talk to the manager come in the morning his not here. Then another lady stepped in even though nobody told her too and told the customer we’re not going to help you because you’re yelling. I would be upset too if they didn’t even apologize. They just kept trying to get rid of him. They really lack customer service. Not going back to that gas station again.

Most of the employee's are very respectful. And helping there is a young lady with highlights in her hair. Tends to be very disrespectful. I was planning on buying some items for the house. I couldn't afford after she then proceeded to enrage and tell me to do her job. And put items back I am a regular customer. I will get a hold of hr or corporate sooner or later for this young lady's attitude. That goes against customer service.

I usually go every morning like around 5am and the store is always clean and have fresh coffee, and Mike the guy that works the graveyard shift has real good customer skills always greeting me when I come inside the store.

You would think the manager was a little bit smarter than than to be using a blower when there's a lot of cars around. No respect towards customers when walking by when he is using a blower and blowing dirt in their face. Disrespectful man who has no regard towards customer.
