Came to buy some cashews and couldn't pay because they didn't have change for a $20 dollar bill!.. So pathetic! Being a big store and management would not get extra change for the weekend from the bank!!. Stores like this should always be customer ready! If management cannot do that it should get replaced!!. So disappointed, never coming back again.

This store is easy to steal from. Today I saw a guy leave 3 febreze bottles in his cart, not pay, walk out and right back in. The poor chic at the register didn't even notice. Funny thing, he was at the register for almost 10 minutes due to having difficulty paying with a card. Still was able to steal ??♀️

Would rate 0 stars if I could. First time I come to this dollar general just because I went to the H‑E‑B next to it TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED. Right when coming in one employee made me a face as if she were mad. Then I proceed to self checkout since nobody ever came to the register. I wanted to remove an item & Employees both made me an angry face when asking for help at self check out. Never coming back here. Also dirty & disorganized.

The employees are very rude? they don't want to help you look for an item, there are never any products, the shelves are always empty, they don't let you use the coupons in the app, I was about to fall because the floor was dirty and without signs, I went to complain to the cashier and told me to leave her store, the place smells musty? and the Manager is a decoration, her priority should be to provide good customer service????‼️❌I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT❌‼️

First time shopping at this location. Found what I needed. I was third in line but it moved fairly quick. Employee was very polite. I'd shop here again.
