They always have a really bad attitude I been here 5 years ago and still have the bad attitude they just scream at me tru the phone that’s cuz I was asking if I can set up an appointment 🤦🏽♀️

Waited three hours to be seen when my appointment was at 10. Had come here 5 years ago and they had the same issue. Figured we would try again since it’s close but they have the same problems. Won’t be back.

Customer Service was good. The Doctor was patient and answered all questions I had. I wish they had given a starter kit with a hard case and a cleaning cloth to start the kids off with their first pair of glasses, it would have been nice considering money was spent on the frames. But all in all, pretty decent place
