I had an excellent experience with the bank teller who assisted me today(Kaitlyn). She was incredibly professional, patient, and friendly from start to finish. Not only did they handle my transaction quickly, but they also took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable with the process. Her great attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s rare to receive service that feels both efficient and genuinely caring, and I really appreciate the help I received. Highly recommend their outstanding customer service!

Christopher Cortez, the branch supervisor, did an amazing job helping my mother with a digital banking issue. He was extremely patient and took the time to show her how to use the banking app step by step. On top of that, he introduced us to several products and services we didn’t even know the bank offered! Excellent customer service we truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness.
