Very bad experience, trying to sell me a complete slab for only 16 inches that was need, and that’s buying 4 slabs from them , for over 800 dollars very pricey look else where better price at other places.

I specifically asked for quartzite, a natural stone for my kitchen countertops. After installing the countertops though, the installer informed me that it was quartz, a man made material. When I went back to Kapal the woman reassured me that it was quartzite and that she would obtain certification from the manufacturer. She emailed me the next day to apologize because it was in the end the man made material (quartz). Everyone at Kapal had mistakenly called it quartzite when it was not. She said I should be happy with my purchase because quartz was easier to clean. When I tried to remedy the situation the manager refused to talk to me because I had not been the person to physically pay for the quartz (I gave the funds to the installer who then paid for the material) and refused to adequately resolve the issue. I do not recommend Kapal.

I see you are hiring, but it has nothing to do with office work. You want your coffee done and served. You can do that yourself. You want mail and packages to be delivered. They should expect it to be delivered and aware of it. Everyone should clean after themselves, not just new applicants. Check your typing and spelling. This is just being lazy.

We did a large purchase and were very specific about what we wanted: first thing they did was deliver a broken slap of guartz second they delivered wrong island sink and third they delivered wrong kitchen sink !! We have had to put work on hold waiting for the correct items to be delivered and my kitchen sink was installed but we realized it was the wrong one and have to have our granite guy remove tile and sink and pay extra for the work after it was there mistake and my husband talked to them and they admitted it was there fault they should have to pay for their mistake !! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE it's not to hard to look at their paper work and deliver right items😡

Customer service needs improving. After months, I find the cabinets I want for my kitchen. Call to ask who stocked that cabinet and she doesn't even ask for item#. Just says I need a designer. Told her I just need to know where I can buy them. FYI I install cabinets for a living.
