Even though the manager in the office was friendly, the issues like the light in my storage room that never worked for the two years that I rented and also there was always rodent droppings and much of my stuff was chewed even furniture, were never resolved.

Had a unit for 5+ yrs..every yr rent went up for no reason. In the end the unit was double the price from when I opened the acct. I feel like they raised their prices to force me out. I was constantly paying more for an accumulation of dust. And now I’m afraid of identity theft, I had important docs stored.

Very dusty and dirty and everything gets COVERED in spiders. They also raise the price every other month by $10 I left when it got to $75 for the smallest unit they have. My stuff would have been better off left on a patio. It's just not worth it.
