Honestly, I had a really good experience with Move it Self Storage at Donna. Apart from the area being clean and well kept, the customer service was exceptional. Answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process. Highly recommend for all your moving needs!

Great customer service! Very friendly! Respecting social distancing and mask mandate. The gentleman showed me storage units with a great attitude. He also explained things in detail and was just all around friendly and kind. Great storage size selection. Very clean facility. Seemingly pretty secure. I definitely recommend them!

It's very unfair when the company keeps raising the monthly storage fee all the time without informing the customer. It's getting ridiculous. Plus half the time the lights dont even function. And everytime you try and call to talk to someone you always get a damn recording. I think it's time to buy my own storage building.
