Very clean store for a butcher shop. Smells nice too not like some other butcher shops that smell like old dry blood. Very organized and friendly staff. The meat is super good. Makes me a super chef on the grill!

The meats are good quality and prices are good. The T-bones are great priced but a little thin. I have not cooked the dinosaur ribs yet. Really looking forward to them.
