As with other reviewers, my experience at this storage business has been worthy of 0 stars. This year (2020) has been difficult for so many businesses, and all except one have been visibly and verbally appreciative of their customers and potential customers. I find it incredible that the people here could be so rude. They clearly are not interested in gaining nor keeping customers. There are many, many choices in storage companies (and post offices!) in our area. I drove a few minutes away to another, and I was quickly and happily served by friendly staff.
