My mom went up there and was buying groceries and was trying to put phone number in and the dude work wouldn't let her even put it in and then he couldn't understand that she was trying to say that she wanted a refund because he said that they couldn't fix digital coupons which wasn't the issue the issue was she was trying to put the phone number in and he went ahead and totaled it before she could do that and then he said that it takes 7 days for her refund to come back and usually come back within 24 hours and also he did not tell her until after he didn't refunded it that it would take 7 days which is bullshit

There is one employee, a young woman, here that is super helpful. She is the sole reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately some employees are not as helpful and many times if I see they are the ones working I will turn around and leave because I know I can’t get any help from them.

Grey hair MANAGER treats grown adults like grandchildren she can yell at,rude,disrespectful person.Good luck getting anywhere calling to complain to upper management.Call dollar general DIRECTLY if you have problems with this store and woman, report them DIRECTLY TO D.G.,NOT their "regional manager" or it won't go any further than the shredder,this behavior wont stop if we let people treat us this way.Don't drive home angry,report this!
