The guy that works at the front was extremely rude and inpatient when I tried to ask him a question about my delivery. They ended up loosing my package and not offering any help.

Friendly, but not going to go out of the way for you, even if something is their fault. I had a package they sent back because of an ‘incomplete address.’ I called immediately to see if I could track it down. The person who answered the phone just said ‘nah, we would’ve sent it back already’ and wouldn’t check for me. I called customer service and they helped me out…when I received the package the next day, there was nothing wrong with the address or label. My package had expensive items, so it was imperative I track it down. Overall review- incompetent and lazy.

I am looking up the hours on my local post office and notice the reviews. I love our little Driftwood post office and the those that deliver the mail! If my Saturday mail got held up I can wait til Monday.

For the second time our Saturday mail was not delivered. We had 2 packages we were waiting for that had guaranteed delivery today.
