My problem was my lock being cut off and one that I did not have access to being put on. The management did not seem as urgent to rectify the situation as I would have liked but did help me in the end. Although the $20 to replace my lock I still have not seen. But they did fix everything in a timely fashion.

Spoke to employee to request a particular unit and was able to get it without any problem. I love the online rental and the combo locks. Very happy with rates and location, and the 24 hr access is perfect for my schedule!
