I had my Nissan Altima repaired here after being rear ended. They made the experience as smooth and painless as possible, really went the extra mile with the detail, and I'm more than happy with the final result. Brandon did a fantastic job, and I really appreciate all the regular updates on what was being worked on and when it would be done. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

From the day I handed over my vehicle to when I took possession to inspect the work at delivery, this has got to be the smoothest and most transparent insurance claims repair process I have ever experienced - and not because of my Progressive insurance [which were minimally involved], but because of the superb attention to customer detail that my estimator Edgar Ocon provided. From follow-up phone calls to status notices on where the repair process was. He even took the time to test-drive and confirm the repair. With this high level of customized service, I wouldn’t be surprised if Classic Collision had a backlog or was behind on jobs because all they want to do is take care of the customer and restore their vehicle to pre-accident condition. My years as an engineer at Toyota Motors and Tesla Motors have taught me to recognize exceptional customer service traits, Egdar Ocon definitely has them. Thank you.

These guys were great! I hit a deer and it really messed up my bumper. Brought it in, got it back a week later, looks AMAZING! Very impressed, the whole process was pretty painless. Hopefully it never happens again but I know where to go if it does.
