They’re horrible. Totally incompetent and screw up the billing then make it your problem. I’ve used gyms for 20 years and never had a problem until this one. Could have had my business fo many years to come, but they threw it away. They won’t even honor your request to cancel. They screwed up my billing, made me come in to correct, weren’t available when I went in several times. So I cancelled after getting very tired of it, then they said I owed them 30 days and I never even got to use the gym. VERY PREDATORY TYPE GYM. If I could rate them negative I would. Stay away from them!

Horrible experience, pool customer service, and regret ever doing business with them. They had a chance to get my business for many years to come, but totally screwed it up with poor service and blaming the customer. I’d rather lift milk jugs in my garage than pay them a dime.

Alyssa is amazing! She truly cares about people, is so kind, and really knows her stuff. She makes working out motivating and fun! I always leave feeling stronger and supported. Truly a great facility with high quality machines and weights!

This gym is one of the cleanest gyms I have been to (anyone that says it maybe had a bad day?). Been going here for a year and half actively, everyone is kind and happy (no matter your level), it is rare to be too crowded.
Yes, if you need staff there at all times to make you feel good about a gym, you may be disappointed. They are there often enough and the gym is kept clean. If you are coming to workout, I am not sure that matters? (just trying to address some of those negative reviews).
All in all this is the best gym in the Drip area. People love to complain but there is no doubt it is.
Good people, good space, super clean.

My home Anytime Fitness has plastic-coated metal plates with chunks of plastic missing.
I visited Dripping Springs, and this one literally had urethane bumper plates on an iso-lateral chest/back machine.
I can't imagine this ever not being funny.

Anytime Fitness has been a game-changer for me. The 24/7 access makes it easy to stay consistent, and the gym is always clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. This is gym # 29 in my fitquest70 journey to review of Anytime Fitness locations from Sacramento to Texas. I rate this gym 5 out of 5. The gym has 360° views, which is a nice feature. The workout area is simple but well-equipped with everything you need. The weight machines are durable and have black leather seats that look good. I focused on leg exercises today and all the machines worked well.
There is also some specialty equipment available. The treadmills have entertainment systems, and you can enjoy the views from anywhere in the gym. The locker rooms are very clean and include complimentary hairdryers and shower gel. There is extra shelving to store your belongings. Overall, this gym meets all my expectations and deserves a 5 star rating with one suggestion- add paper towels to the shower room in addition to the air dryers which would really make a difference.

Positives: clean, affordable, accessible and good range of equipment.
Serious negatives: membership requires an in person meeting or mailed in letter. Emails, phone calls don’t count. I moved away from dripping springs and tried to cancel my membership. I have spoken with the folks on the phone and have written a mails. I was told that in needed to mail in a signed letter for “security reasons.” This is simply predatory. There is 0% chance that a bad actor or fraudulent identity theft will result in a cancellation of my membership. There is not a valid reason that they need a signed letter or cannot do this by phone. My gym Houston, privately owned, has been more than happy to pause, cancel, or renew my membership by phone. Even the YMCA allows for this

Zero hand sanitizer in the dependency’s ..I’ve been coming here for months and check the dependencies every time just to check but always disappointed. Equipment isn’t maintenance either. Can’t upload a video but built are loose, machines shake, Extremely dangerous..Fix these problems and I’ll consider changing my review. Primarily the loose equipment. I’m probably the only one who cares about the sanitary aspect but everyone cares about safety
