Caliber Collision provided the highest level of professionalism when servicing my vehicle. Have you ever wondered, āAre there any trustworthy mechanics or repair shops?ā You're not aloneāI've asked myself that same question for over 30 years. Then I came across Caliber Collision, recommended by my insurance as their go-to shop. I have to sayāthey were amazing.
They didnāt try to upsell me, their prices were reasonable, and they did a fantastic job. But what really stood out was what happened next: another issue came up after the initial repair. It was unclear whether it was related to the work they did or not. My insurance refused to cover it, and I thought Iād be stuck with the bill.
Instead, Caliber Collision stepped up and took care of itāat no costājust so I wouldnāt have to wonder if it was tied to the previous repair. That level of integrity is something Iāve never experienced at any other repair shop.
Their customer service is exceptional: great communication, frequent updates, and responsiveness from start to finish. Special thanks to James, my technician, who went above and beyond to get his managerās approval for work that wasnāt even coveredājust to make sure I was fully satisfied.
In 30 years, Iāve never had a mechanic or repair shop go beyond what theyāre paid for. If anything, itās usually the opposite. But Caliber Collision broke that mold, and I canāt thank them enough.

Caliber Collision took great care of my car after a recent fender bender in an HEB parking lot. They worked closely with my insurance company and the repairs were done in record time. The garage is clean and organized. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. I will always use Caliber Collision for anything I need for my car in the future!

Brought my car here after an accident. James was my account representative and did a great job. He kept me informed of the progress of my car and made sure steering damage was fixed before returning the car to me. The quality of body work is amazing. You can't tell that the car had ever been repaired. If I ever need body work again, I'll definitely be returning.

Worked with Joseph, Caliber Collision got my 2025 Kia K5 GT back to its pre accident condition after is was hit in a parking lot in Austin. Lifted truck damaged the bumper really bad, due to vehicle being 2025 OEM parts took longer than expected by Kia but they did phenomenal with the repair and were able to match the runway red paint exactly. I did have to reach out to them for updates after they had told me they would keep me informed on the vehicle status every 2 to 3 days but I understand the parts took a bit to come in. Definitely recommend this Caliber!

I have had the misfortune of needing to use Caliber after hitting a deer on two separate occasions. While the experience is definitely something I could have skipped having at all, the repair process was painless, efficient, and as good as I could have hoped for. The team at Caliber is communicative, professional, and customer service driven. I hope I don't need to see them again in the near future but will absolutely share my positive experience with anyone who asks for a good repair shop.

This center was absolutely the best. The customer service was friendly, helpful and made me feel I was being taken care of. Additionally, I dropped my car off on Monday morning and they had the repairs done by Friday. The repairs made show no signs of the damage from the accident and they even cleaned my car so it was spotless when I drove off from the center. Highly recommend this collision repair center.
