I really have enjoyed each time I've gone inside the Chase Bank in Dripping Spings because they gave great customer service. The ladies working at behind the front desk are always so sweet and good at what they do and they always look so nice and professional. I wish I could remember them all by name, so I could compliment each one of them.There's also a nice man, who has greeted me several times when arriving and let me know someone would be with me shortly, which is great customer service.Sadly, we aren't using Chase much anymore, not because of the people who work for them, mostly just because of the corruption with JP Morgan, we've recently learned about all the law suites and felony charges they are being accused of and involved in.We also are not happy with their interest rates. When we we making payments on our credit card, it was so discouraging to still see our balance going up, even after making ontime payments each month because of their interest rates. One time, I even paid it off but then still got charged with a late payment. Confused, I called and it turns out due to the interest charge had come in just I, time to put more money on my card when I just paid it off. I was not a happy camper.Their reward points kind of suck too. When I made my account years ago, they told me I would get $100 I think it was if I used my credit card for a certain amount of money and paid it off before a certain date. I worked so hard to make sure I did that and never got a thing. And after 6 years of using them, my reward points only added up to about $300, which I went ahead and asked to receive as cash back over a week ago and still have yet to see show up in my account. They're clearly not in any rush to thank their customers with their cash rewards. We are transitioning to a credit union now but the great staff at this Dripping Springs location are in no way to blame for JP Morgan as a whole, so I still wanted to say they're awesome and if you do bank with Chase, never hesitate to come in and talk to them because they're very professional.

I stopped by to use the ATM. The machine took my cash out of my account but refused to give me my money. Luckily the bank was open so I was able to get my cash back from the teller. The workers were very helpful but out of over 20 years of using ATM's this is the first time that a bank machine has rejected a transaction. Apparently the ATM is only for chase bank card holders and can't handle other cards. If the bank wasn't open I would have been out my cash.

I should've read the reviews before going into this bank. I went to open a business account and it was a very odd experience. Almost as if they didn't want to have to put the time in to help me and came across very condescending. To say the least, I will be taking my business to a bank with good customer service that appreciates locally owned businesses.

Chase is the absolute worst. It's SO DIFFICULT to get anyone on the phone. Been nothing but problems since I opened the account.

Always very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Somehow they even know my name when I pull into the drive through. Very nice people working there.

This branch still charges an $8 fee for non customers even though all the branches in Austin do not during the pandemic. Seems very shady to me and another reason why I'm not a Chase customer.

Why don't they update their hours on the website???? Website says they close at 2pm, but they closed at 12:30. Very frustrating!!!!!!

I bank with Chase and often have to get small bills for my work. They never mess up the count which isn't amazing for a bank, but good. I give them 4 stars because they guy that's there during the day is SUPER friendly. It's very welcoming.

I have loved this bank for over 10 years, but lately, it is not as easy to get person to answer a phone at the local branch in Dripping.

They Discriminate.. they made an unjust or prejudicial distinction in the treatment of me by charging 16.00 to cash a check from their own bank. They had guidelines for waiving the fee for others. Chase held my home mortgage for 16 years and made tens of thousands of dollars from me but would not even cash a check one of their customers had written me without a fee.
