Great staff. Walked in and walked out. The key is to make an appointment and be on time. Had a blood draw and didn't even feel it. Will definitely come back.

My whole family goes to CPL in Dripping. Of all the places we’ve tried, these folks are the best at taking blood—and if you are someone who has to have blood taken on a regular basis, you know that there can be a big difference in skill levels. Bottom line, when we have a choice, this is where we go for all our lab work. This office can definitely be busy, but that’s true of any lab, and during busy times, the staff works hard to keep things moving. The staff has uniformly been courteous, professional, and clean. Wholeheartedly recommend.

The good news was the blood draw was painless with minimal bruising. The not-so-great part was I had an appointment at 8am (opening time) scheduled many weeks in advance to be able to get in/out quickly. I arrived at 7:30am and there was already a line down the hallway of people waiting. The staff opened the door at 8am and after we all filed in, the receptionist announced, "We will see you in the ordered you arrived." Well, the joke was on me because I held the door for everyone and entered as the last person with the belief my appointment time would be honored. Nope!! I was the last person seen at 8:26am. The lesson is plan your day accordingly because appointment times are meaningless here. Also, I did not see anyone disinfecting the phlebotomy chairs between patients (scary!).

The blood drawing was rushed and they asked me almost no questions. They didn’t ask me what my non dominant hand was for the shot so I had to tell them, they said my arm wouldn’t be sore after (it was), I asked multiple times should I have water beforehand and they said it would help but to not worry it’ll be fine, then during the drawing I nearly passed out and only then did they give me water and a fan. The tips they gave me for my next blood drawing were good but they shouldn’t have waited until I was already about to pass out in order to let me know that lying down and eating beforehand would’ve helped.

This location does not answer the phone or return calls, no appointments available online, lines out the door. Total failure at this location, hopefully they get a competitor soon. No excuse if your elderly and disabled having to pay $100 weekly to find a lab you can get blood drawn for a fatal disease.

The two "receptionists" running the front office were also the ones doing blood draws. In too much of a hurry and wouldn't wait more than 30 seconds to do my draw despite telling them I'd need a band & ball to get a visible vein. She missed TWICE and hit something painful the second time. 5 days later and my arm still hurts. Will never go back here!

I have been to this location several times. The check in time is fast and easy and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. My veins roll and are hard to stick, but they take their time and then I have a quick and painless stick. The staff is courteous, friendlyand patient. 5 stars!

This location needs a receptionist who can check patients in, I saw many patients wasting 15 minutes with tech giving doctor and insurance information and not always being helped due to missing paperwork. They ask you to make an appointment but there's mostly walk in patients. Too many to process for the amount of help working in the office. Try a different lab. Takes a good hour to get a lab done in the morning.

It was fairly quick. But my goodness do they just throw tubes around to collect your blood, like 2$ bud lights at a dive bar

I’ve gone to this location twice and both times the staff has not been personable or gentle. There was not a lot of people in the wait room, but the entire appt felt rushed. There was no effort to make me feel comfortable. My veins are hard to locate so I’m always jabbed multiple times before they can find a good vein to draw blood. It doesn’t help my nerves when the staff seems frustrated and barely speaks to you as if you aren’t a person with feelings. Not all patients are excited or willing to have their blood drawn, but by showing compassion and empathy, you can make this frightening process easier and more comfortable. Please consider what health issues a patient may be going through to need a sample in the first place.I also had to get a urine sample done and there were multiple samples in the drop off area needing to be picked up. This is unsanitary and leaves risk of samples being tampered with.

Staff was friendly and fast. Kristy drew my blood and it was painless — and excellent job. I forgot my orders at home and Kristy was a big help getting it sorted out with my doctor’s office. I was in just before their lunch so came back after. It was more crowded at 1:30 than at 11:30 so mornings might be a better time to go if you’re in a hurry.

Made appointment online, even though the waiting room was crowded, I was seen on time. Blood draw was painless.

I don't quite understand why there are so many really horrible and very positive reviews about this place. I went in for a 7 AM lab test just one vial and it went perfectly. I walked in didn't have an appointment, entered my name and sat down. I then got up gave my lab orders and ID and within five minutes was in and out one quick stick found the thing immediately and had no trouble at all and was done within 20 minutes. Very efficient very friendly and very positive experience overall.
