I go here for the RV dump station. A bit expect $20, but it's the only game in town

Great place for roller derby! Loads of parking, plenty of bathrooms. Room was heated and cooled as needed.

Great place for events and seasonal events put on by the city. Most of the facility is not air conditioned, which makes sense as the main open area is dirt and expecting horses. The smaller side rooms are mostly air conditioned
