“I have been Charles Schwab customer for a long time and always had a great experience with their customer service!This time I had to deposit a large check and was running a little late leaving work. This branch was closing doors at 5:00 PM and I showed up 10 min before that. There were no customers and door was locked already. As my last resort I knocked on the door and was pleasantly surprised when the branch manager came out, opened the door and gladly helped me to deposit my check!Thank you Charles Schwab!”

“Great bank, no complaints there. The ATM at this location, however, is the most unreliable ATM I've ever seen in my life. Over the past several months it's 50:50 as to whether or not the machine is operational or not. Extremely inconvenient.”
