Celissa and her team did a great job with everyone’s makeup. I really don’t wear a lot of makeup and so Celissa took small steps and we checked in every step to make the perfect look for me. She did a wonderful job of enhancing my natural features without making it feel “heavy”. Her team also did a wonderful job with my mother, the mother of the groom, and my bridesmaids. Their work was also lovely! I wanted a simple half up-half down look and it was beautiful! The hair and makeup also survived all of the photos in the hot Texas sun. We chose the BEST hair and make-up specialist in the Austin area! Celissa came to my daughter's apartment a month before the wedding to learn about my daughter's expectations. She was so easy to talk to and my daughter was very comfortable with her. The trail make-up and hair session was AWESOME and we knew we hired the right person! My daughter and the wedding party were absolutely gorgeous. I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with Celissa and her staff. Celissa was extremely flexible when the timelines had to be shifted but everyone still finished on time! I would highly recommend Weddings By Celissa Rae!

Celissa was so amazing!!! She made every part of my experience so easy, from the first trial to my bridal session all the way through our wedding day. I am veryyyy particular about my hair and makeup and she did such a great job that I never even looked in a mirror on my wedding day after she was done!! Everything stayed flawless the entire evening! She was so great I now drive an hour to have her cut and color my hair! Would recommend her to everyone!!

I just love Celissa and her team. They made my friends, family & myself feel so beautiful on my wedding day. I am from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but got married just outside of Wimberley so I did extensive research on who I was going to trust to do my hair & makeup. I am so glad I found Celissa! I scheduled a trial with her, just so I'd be more comfortable going into my wedding weekend & she was so kinda & patient with me. I'm someone who doesn't typically wear a lot of makeup (just enough to cover the dark circles under my eyes, a little blush & mascara) so I really appreciated her taking her time with me and making sure I was comfortable with everything before she did it. All my girls looked so beautiful. I can't wait to share pictures once I get them!
