This place is a must stop if you are passing through or reside in Dripping Springs. The women who run this boutique provide a vibe that’s hard to duplicate in a shop/salon. You can tell this place has brought out their creativity and passion for giving customers an amazing experience and great selection of product that you don’t find at a typical consignment store for a great price! I absolutely LOVE Haute Exchange! They have very cute reasonable clothes and very cute shoes. The owners and employees their are so nice a greet me as I walk in.. they ask if I need help with anything and are there for me. I love going there for my clothing needs !! My experience was so great and I'd definitely go back to shop I literally want to buy all the clothes there lol Love the owners and everyone there !! And I can't forget the complementary beverage I can relax and shop !!!

I went by today to retrieve unsold items and take home a little extra money from sold items. I took home less than expected in cold, hard cash. A pair of shoes sold in December, but I did not go by until today. Big mistake to let it ride. The need to pick up unsold items before a certain date was made clear when I dropped off my resale items. I do not recall anything being said about the requirement to stop by for payments within 30 days of sale. Of course, it's all in the contract...so Haute Exchange keeps my $$.I will not darken the door again. Is there a way to give a negative "star?"

This is such a convenient and great place for good deals/good prices on clothing... to the people saying the clothes are overpriced.. did you ever think to check the 50% off floor upstairs? These clothes should not be priced at $10-$15 for brands like Anthropologie, free people, Calvin Klein, etc. which they all carry for great prices that are reflective of a DESIGNER consignment store. If you want cheaper, probably is best to go to the goodwill down the road :) Employees are so friendly and nice, and also important to note that if you want to bring in consignment, you can call them first to see if they are taking. It's really simple! Love this place!

I went in there one day, Monday they were closed! Drove all the way back home 10 miles...went another day, it was the weekend so they weren't taking consignment. I looked around and everything was priced high! USED Shoes for $45, tops and dresses over priced! Geewhiz I could go to TJ Maxx and get a "new" top or dress"name brand" for that much! So I talked to her about bringing some things in of my daughters. Said I could look around when she goes through it...Certain days and times, came back today with all my clothes. Guess what?! There was a sign on the door saying they are taking no more consignments today, come back another day! FOR GET IT! I Dropped my stuff off at GOODWILL in Dripping Sorings. What is wrong with people these days! Anybody want to open up a resale shop and sell things for $10 -$15? Help people out by making a few bucks on their items yet make a profit, or buy out right. Give me 25 bucks for all my stuff! At least I could bring some money home my daughter could go buy something with it!

The sign clearly states as does the website that they except consignment mon-Thur 10-3. I walk in and ask before bringing my stuff in and an older woman shouts across the store no. I asked why and she said mo not today. It was 2pm Thursday.... it’s very inconvenient when all signage say that it’s excepted not even an I’m sorry or reason why . I was Very disappointed.
