First time customer in a moment of desperation broke down along US-290. From the first call not knowing what to do with my Jeep to referring a towing agency and diagnosing my issue in the same day. Malone has a customer for life. Going forward I won’t trust my automotive needs to anyone other than Malone. All the staff is helpful, friendly and understanding to their customers needs. Responsive to all my calls and questions. Highly recommend.

Malones Diesel auto shop is great, thery are always professional and I have taken my diesel ford trucks 250 and 350 here for repairs always done right the first time! Top mechanic’s know there diesel engines! And tired as well!

BE WARE!!!
If I could give no stars, I would!
We were told the amount of our repairs would not exceed $3500, but lo and behold, when we arrived to pick up our vehicle we were charged more than $5000, which was an amount never conveyed to us!!! NOT HAPPY about this - our son, who makes minimum wage, could never have afforded this exorbitant amount. Do not trust this shop!!!

Not a good experience with Malone, they charged $2k more than any other shop would have charged and told us over the phone it was one price, then when we got there to pick up our vehicle it was a completely different price that didn’t make sense.
They can’t justify the price they ended up charging us. Plus their customer service was absolutely terrible.
