O'Reilly Auto Parts in Dripping Springs provides parts, tools, and accessories alongside store services like free battery testing, wiper blade and bulb installation, fluid recycling, and Check Engine light testing. This location also resurfaces brake rotors and drums, builds custom hydraulic hoses, and offers a free Loaner Tool program. Reviews consistently highlight the exceptional service provided by certain staff members, who are described as incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive, polite, and informative. These employees expertly diagnose problems, help find needed items, perform installations, and educate customers, making them feel more knowledgeable. This exceptional service at a great price encourages customers to choose the store over online alternatives. While the staff is generally noted as always friendly and happy to help, some experiences mention issues with staffing or instances where other employees were dismissive. However, the outstanding assistance from dedicated individuals often resolves these situations, leaving customers with a wonderful experience and a strong intention to return for all future automotive needs.
Karl, a gent working there, replaced our battery today with skill and a welcome smile. Best auto parts experience ever!! Any company would thrive with employees like this, give him a raise immediately and next week too. OReilly is our new place, thanks Karl.
