“I use this particular UPS store on a regular basis. I’ve always thought the employees there were super helpful and nice. But my experience with Will monday is something I have to post about. I mailed my son’s passport to him monday and it was supposed to arrive to him Tuesday. He needed it to go on his honeymoon friday. I checked the next day and there had been no movement on the package. I called the UPS store and Will said “that’s not a good sign let’s do a claim on it so they can hopefully locate it asap”. Instead of him sending me on my way to fill it out Will filled it out for me and put in the notes please find asap as it’s needed friday for a honeymoon trip. He then followed up on the package on his end and called me to follow up as well. The package was found and got to my son Thursday evening. Just in time. I think Will went above and beyond and I also think if he hadn’t done what he did the package if found would not have been there by Thursday. So nice to have such a great UPS location so close and with such conscientious employees. Thanks Will! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate what you did!”

“I have read the many 1 star reviews and have seen a trend. People seen not to know how to read or even understand the directions Amazon writes on how to return there item. To top that off they feel the UPS Store is some how responsible for the returns which is the courtesy, if you are so unhappy coming there go to your only other option Whole Foods. You write all these reviews say how bad they are and you are going somewhere else but yet you continue coming back. Just go somewhere else and quit your crying. Put on your big boy/girl pants and act like a human being.”
