While I waited in line, I observed three separate individuals be outwardly rude to these two young men just because there was a queue.As we approach the holiday season, I wish people would be a little more understanding and kind to each other. I had a great experience and wanted to thank the staff for their help and hard work.”
“Kindest group of employees you’ll ever see in a UPS. All teammates gel well and support one another. They help get you in and out fast. Only downside: for multi-signature notarization, they won’t use multiple employees to do it :(”
