“I am what is considered a regular at this store. I live right behind this UPS. I am in here at least 2-3 times a week. Andrew is always there with a smile on his face and happy to problem solve shipping some large items that I’ve done. Micah and Dawn are both equally fantastic, helpful and kind. They are always moving the volume through the store as quickly as possible and are just so friendly while doing so. I love this store and am so grateful they are so helpful and kind to me always! I will never go anywhere else unless I have to go to FedEx for a specific package. This is my go to shipping store even for the holiday season! The pricing is always fair as well. Things arrive safe and on time! Thank you UPS Dripping Springs team!”

“I have read the many 1 star reviews and have seen a trend. People seen not to know how to read or even understand the directions Amazon writes on how to return there item. To top that off they feel the UPS Store is some how responsible for the returns which is the courtesy, if you are so unhappy coming there go to your only other option Whole Foods. You write all these reviews say how bad they are and you are going somewhere else but yet you continue coming back. Just go somewhere else and quit your crying. Put on your big boy/girl pants and act like a human being.”
