Great bank, no complaints there. The ATM at this location, however, is the most unreliable ATM I've ever seen in my life. Over the past several months it's 50:50 as to whether or not the machine is operational or not. Extremely inconvenient.

Great bank/Credit union! I had a couple of questions to ask before I signed up and they answered it all excellently and gave me descriptive papers! They were nice and informative and quick! The sign up process was quick and easy (I did mine online as they offered it) and your card is available from the second you make the account to begin the switch over if needed!
Great credit union and great place here in dripping springs!

We have been so happy being with RBFCU ever since it was suggested to us to switch to a credit union. The lady who helped up set everything up was very nice and good at her job. They offer some really great perks and are so much easier to deal with than big banks.

Due to a fraud issue on my daughter's and my checking account, I have had to place calls to RBFCU on July 6th and the morning (now afternoon) of July 7th. The first hold time yesterday was 32 minutes and today, I am still on hold after 59 minutes!! I am contemplating closing all my accounts with them.DO NOT BANK HERE IF YOU VALUE SPEAKING WITH A PERSON!!

A most accommodating credit union. I’m so glad they are local.

I love this branch but it's starting to get where every time I go in there they have all new people.

Beyond awful customer service. They sent me a debit card that does not work. Now they want me to pay to have another debit card sent to me. Pathetic

Put a travel notice on my card. Then my card started getting declined. Called and was assured it was fixed. It wasn’t. Very embarrassing to have this keep happening. Now I have to go to the branch.

RBFCU is not worth my time. Was approved for auto finance and submitted the Power of Attorney forms by mail and heard crickets / no response. Then because they say they did not receive the form, I physically dropped the form before the deadline directly to the bank manager. Then the following week called again and they said it was past the deadline and they could not extend because they didn't receive the forms before the deadline. Really? That's on RBFCU - they mismanaged and did not ever follow up. Bad place to do business. Don't waste your time.

Phone Communication is sub par, so far. All branches use the same in bound phone number which can be problematic. This location does not share same hours of operations as other locations. Already tried going in after speaking to rep to find out location was not open. Then called back to find out it opened the same day I went by. Hopefully, once account get open things operate more smoothly but so far, been disappointed trying to get an account opened. It shouldn’t take several trips and half dozen calls to open an account. Parking is ample and they have multiple drive through lanes, which is good. Was able to finally get account opened but toke way to many try’s. Branch is nice and newer construction but staff needs some training. Unfortunately this location is under staffed. The representative that assisted me was nice and helpful but could use a bit more training. I look forward to having a banking relationship with RBFCU.Update part of the reason to open account was so that our children could establish a banking relationship. Tried opening up accounts for our children but unfortunately they would not allow one of our children to open a account due to her age. They do Not publish any age restrictions on any of their documents. In the dozen times I spoke with representatives about accounts for my self and children this was never mentioned. I asked to speak with branch manger and the representative Claudia said she was the manger and it is solely at her discretion. I informed her that it was age discrimination and that this was illegal to discriminate due to age. She then refused to talk with me further. I asked to speak with area manger and or bank president but I was Informed it was her decision again. I asked for bank president but she refused to provide name and contact info. On the way out of the branch I spoke with the a representative and found out Claudia is not the manger. The representative gave me the managers card and bank presidents name. Our experience has been bad. RBFCU Communication is horrible, staff like Claudia have power a power trip and are not capable of acting professionally. I would not recommend RBFCU.

I've been a member of RBFCU since it only existed at Randolph AFB many years ago and have always had good service. Quick loan approvals, great customer service, a friendly greeting when needing to visit the actual location. Recently, I had a very difficult situation where I needed a signature authority on an important document. The request was very confusing from the "other financial institution" but Paula De La Cerda went way above and beyond to get this completed for me. Even though this cost her quite a bit of her time in research, she followed through and exceeded my expectation. Her example is evidence as to why the customer service here is superb.

I switched credit unions because Dillion was so kind and knowledgeable. Now I understand he is not with the company anymore. They messed up losing him, he was an asset to RBFCU! I now do most of my banking through the Drive-Thru instead of going inside. I can figure my needs out on my own at the ATM.

Rbfcu in the past upheld the best customer service however it’s declined so much in the past years. Loyal customers are not treated very well and our word means nothing. Fees are not waived as a one time courtesy unless there was an error made by a merchant, that requires them to send a letter to the bank to confirm error, to even remove the fee. Nor will it be waived unless it was an employee error. So many bad apples truly must’ve ruined it for the bunch. It’s true there is no temp card when you report a lost/stolen debt card. So you must wait until a new one is delivered and hopefully it is delivered to the correct address. They can not put a freeze or a hold on your account to stop unwanted transactions to go through that have gone through before you could make changes. When you go through the drive through teller line it’s a good 20min-30min &more especially during peak hours. (At some locations) That’s just to deposit. There isn’t enough locations around the area either. So you have to drive out of the way just to make a trip to the bank. This is just my overall experience, others may enjoy with no issue while others who may have suffered may relate. I use to recommend this bank to others however I will tell others approach with caution. Customer service is so important to keep a business/bank in business. We all work so many hours, weeks and months to earn our money. we put our trust in a bank to help us when needed and when we receive a cold shoulder, we should really rethink banking with them ASAP. Hope this was helpful. Wish Rbfcu the best of luck.

Best bank I've ever used.
