Quite possibly one of the worst rural internet providers. Download speeds are horrendous and uncomparable. Average ping to game servers is about 150-200 ping which almost feels like a disablility when it comes to high speed games

I lose my internet connection all the time. I have called and left voicemails multiple times and no one ever calls me back no one. Maybe they need to hire more staff to assist with callers who call in to get help.

No internet in over a week. No response for a call, no update, no more! Guess I will start looking for another provider!

We provide high-speed internet access to businesses and residents not served by broadband services such as cable or DSL. Our primary service area extends along Highway 71 from Bee Caves to Spicewood, and south along Highway 290 from Cedar Valley to Dripping Springs and Henly.
