Outstanding in all respects. Not only did Adam educate me on options but he listened to what I was after and put together a great solution. And I couldn’t have asked for better communication before, during, or after install. During pickup I met a few other guys at Thor and got the immediate sense they really like what they do. To me that’s one of the most reassuring things to see - especially when it’s a lot of dollars being spent. I will 100% be using Thor again and can’t recommend them more.

Adam was a huge help in getting me set up and making my experience an excellent one. The shop guys did an awesome job putting my lift together and got me set up perfectly. Definitely recommend Thor offroad!

I had THOR modify my new 2025 Ford F350 Super Duty Tremor and they did a phenomenal job! Incredibly fast turn-around for a complete Carli Suspension system and courteous service to boot. Dino was super helpful and knowledgeable with component specifications and recommendations. I highly recommend this shop!

After some thought I have to repost a review. After I posted my poor review after my experience there I was contacted by the owner and I’ll say he did make a good effort to help rectify the situation. After actually going in to add two more lights and getting a good look at the work they did they cut corners, did sloppy work and purposely cut the wiring to existing lights, and did not provide me all the parts I paid for. Couple that with being lied to directly from the sales person on sight that they looked into something else I asked that he later admitted to me they did not when I called him out on it I wanted to share my experience on here. Yes I was a much smaller job, but I had high hopes for Thor but I can not recommend them for smaller jobs.

Unfortunately I ended up cancelling my install for reasons out of mine or Thor's hands, but I can say without a doubt that the sales team is top notch. They responded quickly, thoroughly answered all of my questions and promptly refunded my deposit once I cancelled the install. Adam was top notch and I will definitely use Thor in the future!

I chose Thor Off Road to install a leveling kit, wheels and tires on my F-250. I have nothing but good things to say about the place. They did a great job on the truck. Friendly staff. They were accommodating when I had to change appointment date and time at the last minute. Completed the work ahead of schedule. Easy to get on the phone. I had a couple special requests and they knocked them out without a reminder as well. Top notch place! I traveled 3.5 hours from home to get the work done and I’d do it again without hesitation. I highly recommend Thor Off Road!

Have had 2 jobs done her the first was great and knowledgeable service and got the things that were worn out on my truck back in top shape. The 2nd was doing some LED lights on my Ranger and they did awesome even came in under estimate!

Attention to detail! Definitely would recommend the crew over at THOR Offroad. 2025 F350 had the Carli E-Venture 5.5 entire kit installed along with BD lights. Work is impeccable and done in a timely manner. I have been accused of being OCD when it comes to the minor details and so I am not easily impressed but I must say THOR had me smiling from ear to ear. Great experience, Great work, Great people! Truck looks amazing. Thanks again to Jamey & Adam and the crew.

Thor did an amazing job installing a Carli Suspension system on 2022 F250! Jamey and his team are extremely professional and great to work with. I will definitely be using them again for any future upgrades. Highly recommend!!!
