Friendly staff, competitive prices. They have a lot of items but the store isn't too big. Great pet wash station, too.

Customer service is terrible. The cashier up front was laughing and friendly with co workers and other male customers. When it was my turn i greeted her first she just looked me up and down and continued to not acknowledge me(hispanic female). I said hello again and was dismissed a second time. She rang me up and argued the cost of the first item as correct eventhough it was supposed to be 20% off but than proceeded to fix it. Towards the end i asked if she was only nice to the men and continued to just ignore me. I left and asked another patron that happened to be african american on his way out if he was treated nicely and said that the cashier did not acknowledge him either was drinking water and ignoring him. He said he had to even ask her for a reciept but i watched her be friendly and professional with 3 caucasian males before getting to me. Please train her on basic customer service and to not bring her personal views of others to work. Makala was her name

I am very disappointed with this particular tractor supply and I am a regular tractor supply customer. I could not believe how poorly I was treated when trying to come in to buy a $3,000 freeze dryer. The manager happened to be up at the registers and when I walked in there was about 4 employees just standing around chatting at the registers. I asked for some help and I was interested in buying a freeze dryer that they showed to have in stock via the website. The manager when I tried to ask about it was extremely short with me and wouldnt even let me finish any question before cutting me off. I was asking about the model they showed to have, and said that is the one I would like to buy and was cut off and told nope we dont have that, just the display model you see there. I said I didnt want that model or that color, then was also cut off and told that I didnt have a choice in the colors and just had to take what I could get. Sorry not paying 3k for not what I want. Then Suzy I believe her name was sent someone to the back and said nope there arent anymore. I again said well it shows you have it in stock here? Showed it to her, she got obviously irritated, went to the back and actually found the model and did have it. It was almost like I was interrupting them and they didn't want to be bothered to sell me the item. Then trying to check out got more attitude from the cashier with trying to make payment when I asked a question about the purchase on my tractor supply card. I use my bastrop store all the time and they are always nice and helpful and have a great visit. This store I will NEVER go back to. After the super nice guy helped me load it I made the comment that wow the cashier and manager were super rude to me, his response, they just had some customer be rude to them. They obviously took out their issue with the previous customer on me and I could not be more disappointed in them. I get having a bad customer I have to deal with them in my business as well, but you never take out your bad mood on the next customer. I planned to buy multiple items while there, but after how poorly I was treated I just wanted to get out of there.

Walked in and was not greeted with a hello, but yet a poorly put together human with AirPods in hunched over the counter on her phone..didn’t pay much attention to it, whatever..anyways, my boyfriend and I can’t seem to find an item we wanted so he asks for assistance when we get a unhelpful point towards an aisle and says “should be over there”…. So then I speak up and ask where because clearly we overlooked it which he then walks around and looks and points it out for us. Awesome, thanks. Then while we’re grabbing something else another employee asks my boyfriend if he needs assistance and if next time he could get a flat bed instead of a cart for the one bag of feed that was currently in it… never have I ever been told that and I frequent TS 2x a month in multiple different locations… she had also addressed my boyfriend and not I about the issue. A very uncomfortable experience at this tractor supply. Seems like a bunch of small town folks that weren’t comfortable with a dark skinned man in their store small town store. Weirdos.

Waited 40 min for a propane refill went in 2 separate times to request service, they were not busy at all… don’t provide a service if you’re not gonna do it.

Tractor Supply is a fun store with great selection of items to purchase. I ordered Porter Cable cordless tools and went to pickup. I was greeted at the store and my item was brought to me. I then decided to browse a few other items. Alan was the employee that went above and beyond to assist. Many items are under lock and Alan quickly got a key to open the cabinet. Alan is super knowledgeable as well, asked him questions and he stirred us to the right tool to do the job. The ladies at front checkout were not very knowledgeable and had a hard time getting the security device off some tools. The prices were wrong on some tools and they were if it scans the price is right, I said the label on the shelf is different. So we went back to the shelf and the price was $50 less on one item and $20 on another. They quickly made the price adjustment once I showed them the photo. Overall I like this store, but watch the prices.

Some nice folks at this Tractor Supply. Alan was especially helpful. But the clerks at checkout need basic customer service remedial training. Great supply of battery operated hand tools, including a good selection of Porter Cable tools. One warning: Watch the pricing at checkout. We had two items that did not ring up properly (overcharged). The clerk was not very helpful and debated the pricing. We had to walk back, take photos, and show the clerk the photos. Only with photographic evidence of the proper sales price did the clerk reluctantly adjust the price. And no apology for the overcharging either. In one instance, the overcharging was $69.00 (proper price was $200 and the system rang it up at $269.00). I included a photo of the listed price of a Porter Cable impact wrench that rang up at the register for $269. Overall cleanliness: above average Bathroom cleanliness: women's restroom above average; men's restroom average (and the bathroom was not properly illuminated)

The older lady that helps with propane is extremely rude. She also does not fill the tanks all the way. All the while acting like a know it all when she knows little at all about gases. I would recommend going to Hydrogas in Wimberley, entire staff is very friendly and they fill tanks to max capacity.

I am appalled seeing the store manager, Alan Martindale, belittle a person I can hear apologizing several times while putting an item back in the dumpster. He was rude, bullying the person and I swear I heard the N word used. There was no reason to get into a yelling argument. The guy put the wrapped not even used metal bars of some sort back into the trash with repeated sorrys and I don't blame him for getting heated back. You would think a store manager should be able to keep the peace and not be the cause of cuss words being flown around.
