Like any place the UPS store can be hectic, but it's always nice to find a silver lining in it all. I was having trouble dealing with one of the kiosks she is patient she's informative and very very helpful. She deserves a raise for somebody else recognizes it and scoops her up. Great employees are hard to find these days

I am new to the area. I was pleased to see a UPS close by for returns. I usually go in other places they scan your code and take the package. Here , she said get a plastic bag and scan it over there. I was clearly confused as why I would take it out of the box. But they had no intentions of lifting a finger to help. Another customer was trying to help. But I got frustrated and just left. I will find another business other than this one to use in the future.

Went in and was helped by a very nice girl named Brooke. She gave me wonderful service and even the manager Janice jumped in to give me more information about the services they provide. This will definitely be my new go to shipping store thank you so much for all the help and kindness !

Do NOT come here if you want to get your amazon return credited to your amazon account within a reasonable time!
They, obviously, take an excessive amount of time to process their baskets. I get that it takes a small amount of time for amazon to credit my account once the basket is processed,, but, with a lot of experience with doing amazon returns at this location and several others, this is the only one that averages 8hrs to receive my credit.. when every other location ive ever used is within two to four hours!! They stand out as the ONLY UPS store that this happens and they're consistent!

These employees are so courteous and helpful. Always greet me by name and with a smile. Also, always volunteer to carry my large and cumbersome packages out to my car for me.

I feel I have to start this review by prefacing that I am not really the person that takes the time to review places...good or bad. But after reading all of the 1 star reviews, I felt compelled to share my own experiences in this store as of late, which have been many. I live overseas on a remote island (for my work) and when I come to visit my parents in Dripping, I go gangbusters on Amazon....much of what I buy I end up returning. So I've been in the store at least a half dozen times, and the two associates that were there most of the time- Micah and Landon, are NOTHING like what's been described in other reviews. I've always found them to be friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgable- not just with me but with other customers too. Maybe they're new, but to me they're the dream team....they've turned a boring and tedious errand into something I almost look forward to. Great hires!
And shoutout to the owner for addressing all of the reviews, I always appreciate knowing the owner has their finger on the pulse of customer service and support.

I just dropped a package off at the UPS store and like others I was told to scan it at the kiosk. The kiosk gave me instructions to see the clerk at the desk, which I did, but definitely felt like I was inconveniencing him even though he wasn't doing anything except standing there talking to another employee. I have been at other UPS stores where they gladly took my package, scanned my code, and provided me a return receipt. The clerk at your desk did not seem to be interested in helping anybody who came in. I will not use this store again and instead use one in Austin.

The individual was extremely unhelpful and very obviously frustrated to be asked questions. We did our returns and had to hand her something as directed by the kiosk and she wouldn't even look up from the computer. This was our first time using a kiosk and our last time to visit this unfriendly location!

My amazon instructions said to bring my item to an associate. So I did. Person with tons of mouth piercings said for me to try scanning at the kiosk- which both were full. Three associates literally doing nothing but standing there. The kiosk did work but just do some actual work and try to help others/get the line moving if you’re just doing nothing.

I’ve been to this location many times and used the kiosk. Today I had a different order that I needed help with. There was a long line so I asked the person behind the desk who was busy with something else what I should do and they said the lady could help and I should wait. I waited no problem I get it that places get busy. I waited 15 mins. All the while the employees helped 3 people in line behind me!!! Still I waited patiently. Finally it was my turn at the register and the lady has the nerve to tell me to no go use the kiosk, THAN starts helping a lady at the kiosk. I’m not waiting in another line. She refused to help me and ignored me! So I left my package there and walked out. Told them that was ridiculous what they did to me. They looked like they could care less. Horrible costumer service.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Just needed a package scanned in and a receipt. Guy at the counter continuously directed me to the self-help kiosk that didn’t work as it was pre-labeled with barcode and not a QR code. Staff member just looked at me for over a minute when I asked if he was going to help me. Avoid this place.

Wow. I agree with the recent reviews about the customer service. It's so poor. Clerks do not care at all and do not even attempt to help. Asked a girl working there today about their products, she had no idea and told me they didn't have it until I pointed out that in fact they do. Absolutely no desire to try to help

This is only my second time to this UPS location recently. The other day it was super simple. I used the kiosk no problem. Today, I was able to scan three items at the kiosk but three other items would not scan. So I got in line get some help at the desk. This guy was so rude. He basically treated me like an idiot, and then spoke Spanish under his breath, not very kind things. I asked him if there was an issue, and he said no but his attitude did not reflect that. Very poor customer service. It was also super embarrassing to be treated like I was doing something wrong, as there were other people waiting behind. Do better y'all.

This used to be a good UPS store, but lately not only has the service been non-existent, but the employees are the rudest I've ever encountered, and these days that's saying something. I'm never going back to this store!
