This is a place I feel good about sending my wife to by herself and trusting that they aren't going to try to take advantage of her. There have been multiple times where they could have tried to get more money but took the high road. The people there are nice and down to earth as well. Highly recommended!

Fast, honest, and professional service. I came in with a flat tire and they fit me in the same day, repaired it quickly, and charged a fair price. The staff explained everything clearly without pushing unnecessary work, which gave me real confidence in their service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic and professional service. Matt Monthei's O'Malley Dripping Springs team did exactly what I requested. They were on site when I arrived at 0800 Wednesday and provided great communication. We pulled up to the garage door label do not block bay doors. I was convinced I was in the wrong spot. Then here comes one of the guys, Cash, with the air hose to do an air check. He believed my tire to have an issue and offered to check it. They were busy inside and Eric was going as fast as possible. By the time I waited to check in and find a seat in the back waiting g area, my tire was repaired and ready to go. To say it took 10 minutes may be an over statement of the time I spent waiting to get the tire aired up, checked, identify the problem, repair it and out the door. I paid $25 for this service!!!
Richard lead the team in the Bay Area with Cash being and incredible young man with great customer service.
I hope I only have to go back for new tires, but if ever a need arises, I will be back.

**Outstanding Service When No One Else Could Help**
I needed new tires within the next few days and called just about every tire shop in town—no one had them in stock, and most said it would take 1–2 weeks to get them in. Then I called O’Malley’s and spoke with Eric. While he didn’t have the tires on hand either, he told me he could get them within a few hours.
Sure enough, a few hours later, Eric called to say the tires had arrived. I went in, and within 30 minutes, I was back on the road.
Eric and the team provided exceptional customer service—as they always have during my previous visits. While other shops said, “Sorry, can’t help,” Eric said, “Yes, we can help!”
I won’t go anywhere else for tires, brakes, alignments, or anything else they offer. They truly put the customer first and do quality work!

Pulled in with a loose tire for a flat repair drop off. Got me checked in and took the tire in 5 min. Came back an hour later and as told it was ready. Very easy and seamless transaction. Will go back.
