This pharmacy is so terrible. They never can fill my medications fully, they are always so slow and backed up. Tonight I asked to speak to a manager and I was informed they don't have one! I honestly don't know how this location stays in business. This store needs to go!

Nothing but absolute incompetence socialism and passing the Buck zero accountability here every single employee is incompetent. Is unwilling to help you. I will never return to this embarrassing merchant.

First of all this is the slowest pharmacy I ever seen in MY LIFE. Longest wait time was literally 30 minutes and they're was about 2 people in front. Going inside is no better. Secondly please take pictures of any sale items so you can present to cashier because my mom was overcharged today. It was double the price. And I've tried calling to correct it, 16 minutes of my life wasted and they ended up hanging up on me. These people do not answer the phone. Ever. Ridiculous.

The Walgreens in Dripping Spring is just about like every other Walgreens you've ever been in. Open and clean, lots of merchandise, pharmacy in the back and photo finishing in one corner.
One advantage they have is that they are the only FedEx drop off point for quite a few miles. Having shipped a lot of repair parts, I find this especially handy.
The people are friendly and that's a plus but it's just an average Walgreens, nothing outstanding but steady and reliable.

The pharmacists seem all right and very friendly, but the techs at the front counter are SO RUDE. Like literally laughing in your face kind of rude. Zero stars will not be using them as a pharmacy ever again

4 Stars
The Pros : For 6 years they have always been busy, always been cordial, always get the prescription in the end
Cons : only 1 pharmacist , so if a consult needed pickups grind to a halt, many drugs come overnight from someplace else so if you get a late in the day Rx say an antibiotic for instance that you really need …..you may not get it for 24hr +
In my opinion - if you absolutely need a RX fast consider a pharmacy that is 24 hour version or one that is near or in a hospital

2 hour wait for a prescription called in from another local pharmacy for a premixed medicine not requiring a pharmacist to touch only a label to be printed, insurance was on file. I was warned by the local pharmacy before I attempted pick up , 4 Walgreens staff under 18 walking around dumbfounded.

Pharmacists seems to work when he wants to. They are randomly closed or don’t have someone on duty. Always mix up my adhd prescriptions even when I asked my Dr. to put extra details in the order to help. Randomly out of my meds and take forever to fill. Never answer the phone.

They get their meds filled by someone else at a different facility so you have to wait for the truck to arrive with your script. Do they tell you this ahead of time? No. What’s the point of having a pharmacist or even a pharmacy if y’all can’t fill your own scripts? Sad excuse of a “pharmacy”
