“I would like to bring a workplace concern to management regarding employee presentation and customer service standards during morning shifts.
I have observed that an employee’s personal hygiene and overall presentation may not be consistently aligned with store professionalism expectations. Additionally, attire such as sweatpants and Crocs has been worn during shifts, which may not reflect the desired dress code or customer-facing standards.
This situation may be impacting customer perception and overall store professionalism, especially during busy morning hours when first impressions are important.
I respectfully request that management review this matter in accordance with company policies regarding hygiene, dress code, and customer service expectations.
