“We were in town sightseeing when my elderly father urgently needed to use the restroom and everything was closed or just didn't offer a restroom. I noticed that this bank was open so I went in, was greeted by a very polite woman, I briefly explained the situation and asked if my father could use the restroom to which she allowed and we were so incredibly grateful for.
While I waited, she and I made small talk.
The kids and my father admired a John Wayne statue on display in the bank lobby. Visiting this beautiful and well kept bank with friendly tellers and admiring the John Wayne statue was the highlight of our trip to Dublin.
Especially after driving 2 hours just to find out the one thing we came for closed in 2021.
If I lived here I would bank with them solely based off the experience I had today and how friendly and kind the teller was to us.”
