  Delyn at the Dumas, Tx AT&T store has been so very helpful. Taking care of 2 phones and she has made it so easy and so stress free. Amazing customer service! She walked us through every thing and never made us feel rushed or like we were just another sell. My whole family will begin going to this AT&T store!

  We went into the Dumas store to fix a mistake I had made. Mary and Chandace went above and beyond to help with calling customer support and trying to resolve our issues. They worked for over 3 hours and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect! Thank you ladies for your excellent customer service!!!

  I had an unfortunate problem today and I went to our local AT&T store. The lady I spoke to was very nice and understanding about my problem and was able to help me figure out what I needed to do.
