“Fernando at the Dumas Autozone is a true lifesaver! My driver side windshield wiper was not working at all. I travel for work & would be screwed if it would start raining!Fernando came out to my car & realized the bolt holding the wiper arm was extremely loose. He told me to wait while he got the tool he needed to fix it for me! When he couldn't find the tool inside the store, he told me to wait while he ran out to his car!He returned, tightened the bolt back down & fixed my problem!Fernando has renewed my faith in the goodness of people! He didn't have do go out of his way to help me, but he did!Thank you so much Fernando! You deserve a raise my friend!God Bless You!!!”

“NAPA in Dumas, Texas - SHOUT OUT to Robert H. the store manager. On Saturday during the holiday's at closing time when my husband called, Robert could have easily told him, he was about to close but didn't. Robert provided Excellent customer service and definitely went the extra mile!Our Dodge broke down on the other side of town from Napa, the belt and tensioner came off, Napa had everything in stock. Robert helped the last 2 customers in the store before closing. Then Robert went out of his way to come pick up my husband and take him back to the store to purchase the parts and a few tools he needed.Thank you Robert for helping our family get home.”

The two men helping me were very thoughtful and walked through what they could do to fix up my car enough that I could keep driving. When they didn't have the right size screws, they reimbursed me for the ones I went to purchase at O'Reilly's. They stayed after close to make sure my car was set enough that I could continue driving and charged me nothing. Anthony and the others I talked to were wonderful!”
