Paid over $12 for a cold hamburger the cheese couldn’t even melt. It was so cold and cold unsalted french fries. I had to have the microwave the hamburger it’s still not hot and it’s just like five girls standing around laughing and laughing and laughing clearly nobody is doing their job

I can safely say this is the worst Burger King I have ever visited. The food is typically Burger King good but the customer service is pretty much non-existent. Whether from inefficiency or ineptitude the wait for your order is interminable, and often as not when you get home your order is incorrect or incomplete. Calling the location is not an option since they do not answer the phone - ever. So you must go all the way back across town to the store, where you are usually met with an argument instead of a solution to a customer's concern. Nor can you speak to the district manager because no one seems to know who that might be. I even contacted Burger King headquarters and was asked if I wanted to be contacted directly, to which I said yes, but that was over a week ago. Burger King should either terminate the entire staff and hire someone capable, or shut this store down permanently.

Do not go when they are closing because they will definitely Burn your food and after giving a tip too ?. Burger king needs to change their online Hours ??

Breakfast employees aren’t as friendly as second shift or the last shift. Employees are a reflection of their managers. I understand that it’s a fact paced but that doesn’t mean you disregard the customers needs. Greet the customer and at least pretend to pleasant so customers return.Other shifts are amazing specifically a young man Anthony, he greets and thanks you for your service. He’s passionate about his job and the employees get it done.There are other competitive places to go to and second shift does a great job on getting customers to come back. The morning shift is more like, here’s your change, drive thru and get out.Overall, 5 stars as a team but as morning shift, no stars!

The staff was rude and ignored you when you walk in. The whole seating area looked as if there had been a food fight a few hours earlier, along with Ice cream and spit on the seats and floor. It was so bad we took our food and ate in the car. The pictures do it no justice.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to, everything was bad, rude workers etc, I would give them 0 stars if I could. After waiting 20 minutes for 2 burgers, with only one other customer in the place, our food was cold.

the service is awful...will not go in the dining it's always nasty. Management needs help...they are always out of something...ketchup, bacon, biscuits, coffee...the girls are in no hurry. The service in the drive up window is awful...the last 2 times i have been....they never answered the intercom so i pull up and the girls is visiting with the person ahead of me...i asked her if the intercom was working she said "yes i was just visiting" then the the next time i ordered, pulled up, she looks at me, a man came in, she went out to the dining area to visit him ( i guess?) did not comeback for a good 5 minutes while my food sat ready to be sacked. When she finally came she took my card ,handed my food and card back to me ...i hadto ask for a receipt....so i asked her who the manager was and she said " why?" and then said " i am the manager" so i asked her the owner was and again she said "why"? and ami doing something wrong!" with an attitude....i told her i would find out and left....she was rude with a big attitude....will not go back. i thought someone should know what kind of message BurgerKing is sending out. thank you for your time.

Stopped here on a road trip about 1:15 today. Should have turned around and walked out when we saw how dirty it was. Flies were everywhere. Windows were nasty. Toilet covered in flies. Workers were not friendly. The health department should step in.

Every time we come in 90%of the time the people are not friendly. They do not greet you with a smile, hardly make eye contact you can say please and thank you and they have no response. This as happened with more than just one employee. They could all really work on their people skills, they work with the public and customer
