We're driving from Tucson Arizona to Fort Francis Canada and we had 4 COVID tests scheduled for 11, 11:15, 12, and 12:15. We received our confirmation and filled out the required info the day prior to our tests. We woke up at 4am in Albuquerque to drive to Dumas and we received our conformation at 10:30 however, when we pulled up to the drive through, we were simply told "we don't have any tests, we can't help you, try another cvs" understandably, we were confused and showed the two women at the window our conformation codes. Once again they're only help was to say that that shouldn't have been possible and they had shut their site down despite the fact that as of 11:15 I was still able to make an "appointment" for a COVID test at 2:15 later today. When we explained that we needed to get tested within 72 hours and have the results before we reach Canadian border and we explain that all other CVS's within a 100mile range had no availability, they gave no suggestions and refused to call another cvs to check for availability and/or supplies. TLDR: horrible customer service in response to a failure that literally prevents us from crossing the border.

Second time trying to get a prescription there. The metal security curtain is down, but not sound proof. Maybe they need to have someone fill them in on that. They raid the curtain. Someone dings the window and one of them says, “Geez, don’t they know we just opened...”. Really, I thought that was what y’all were there for. We had been waiting 18 hours for that prescription with my daughter running 103* temp. They will not see my money ever again!!!
