Super fast and got us taken care of on our cross country trip. Caleb and the mechs made sure we were able to get going again when no one else in town serviced my type of truck. Highly recommend.

Never done business with them.Never looked for contact with them. But they constantly text my CELL number looking for business.I've told them to stop. They continue.I hit them with my old standby, that I charge x fee for unsolicited contact. They continue. When I call and ask for the GMI get JUSTIN a sales manager who, when presented with the issue.Tells me to just have my lawyers contact them. After some back and forth with him I got nowhere. I never asked for contact "well you must have"I've asked to not be contacted "did you go through the steps?""I don't need to, I'm telling you not to contact me, as I have before""We are just in a circular argument so have your attorneys contact us"These are the kind of slimeball car salesmen you usually just see on TV.I shouldn't have to threaten legal action or contact my attorneys to get them off my back. But here we are.

Justin Chavez and his entire staff worked extremely hard to make a great deal for us. We couldn’t ask for better service, value or buying experience. Well done.

I had to turn into the BBB because they put me on the road in a $39,000 car with bad brakes (2021). The car wouldn’t even pass inspection because of the brakes so bad. I took it back to be looked at and the mechanic informed me they were good for another year to 2 years. I took it to another licensed mechanic who showed me the grooves. Brakes were grinding when I used reverse and squealing going forward. Here I bought this cool bronco and spent tons of money and people were asking me where I got it and I was so embarrassed because of all the noice they made. I had the other mechanic replace all 4 brakes. When Destination Ford finally responded back to me they wanted to see that the brakes were replaced (would not accept the receipt) and they would reimburse me. So I drove all the way back to Dumas. Took 5 minutes to look at them. It’s been a couple months no reimbursement. They told me it would be 10 days. No response to my calls. Total ignore.

Great buying experience. Cherish was great from start to finish. We could tell the whole dealership wanted our business. We would recommend Destination Ford of Dumas.

My visit was a recall for my vehicle. It required a second visit because parts had to be ordered. The service tech I dealt with was very capable and efficient. Good job...

The staff at Destination Ford was super helpful with engaging me about our needs for a work truck. We had a very smooth purchasing experience. The communication was great. The pricing was fair. Will definitely do business with Destination again!

Amazing customer service start to finish! Purchased vehicle sight unseen trusted the car was exactly as published. It is gorgeous & as represented. Chuck Rogers’ level of customer service should be what all sales folks strive to be!He is just one of many who orchestrated the sale/delivery. All involved were just as amazing. Head to Destination Ford of Dumas for your next vehicle but more importantly to be treated like a customer not a number : )

Thank you so much for seeing me while traveling back home on a Friday afternoon. They helped accommodate my 3 horses and 2 dogs while the truck was worked on. After the Ford house in Dalhart was too busy to see me and told me to TRY AND MAKE IT TO THE NEXT TOWN......I drove in limp mode to Dumas.Thank you all again!! I appreciate what you did to get me back on the road. ❤️?????

This is absolutely ridiculous. Company contacted me on a Sunday while I was in church have no idea how they got my information. This is ridiculous. Now they will not return my call to speak to a manager.

We bought a car from here during one of their promotional events. We had a few concerns at first, but their sales manager Justin Chavez addressed our concerns quickly and left us feeling fully satisfied.

Ordered a vehicle from this dealership in October of 2022 and now 6 months later when it’s suppose to come in they want to raise the price 20k. Don’t believe there lies on there website about never going over MSRP bc they do!! Horrible business and horrible customer service they won’t even call you back!

First-- everyone friendly and courteous. Why not 5 stars? The gentleman I had ordered the vehicle with, been communicating with for 3 months prior, Todd Martin, was exceptional and on top of the entire process. He suddenly left the dealership the week before delivery and that's when things fell off the step big time. The dealer appears to not have or does not follow a predelivery inspection (PDI) checklist/process. Vehicle not detailed--windows dirty, needed vacuuming, muddy footprints in bed.Lower left side of center console missing an entire panel (they did have one and installed it while I was there, but I am the one who found it, and it was quite obvious).Wheel locks ordered, but not in vehicle nor installed--I had to ask and they handed me the kit, which I installed at home.1-inch cut in leather steering wheel at about 1 o'clock position, which manager said was likely done by whomever unwrapped/unpacked the vehicle from shipping. Service manager said he would order right away. 9 days later corporate manager discovered it was never ordered and took care of it same day.124 miles on vehicle on delivery. It is only 47 miles from Amarillo to Dumas--no explanation.Vehicle sat in Amarillo rail yard I was told for almost two weeks--Destination Ford was unable to get it transported and drove it to the dealership eventually.Factory owners manual missing--manager said he would order one--later, found out Ford no longer issues paper manuals, thanks to corporate gentleman, Mr McBride doing research. No product specialist present to go over new features while awaiting paperwork (took over 2 hours) which was supposed to be completed the day prior.Overall it seems there's a lot of managerial work and leadership that needs to be done, along with some employee training.Update: just got a 'free Carfax' report on my new truck, courtesy of the dealership. Says they washed and detailed my truck pre-delivery: that couldn't be further from the truth.Update #2:a) received the company response to my review offering to discuss--replied twice that I am happy to begin a conversation but haven't received a reply back (two weeks so far).b) Re Warranty Forever, got email telling me service due (it is not). Downloaded app--it crashes constantly (other users said same thing). Attempted to contact developer, received notice email was blocked.

I waited to write this review to stay more positive. I was very grateful that the service department was able to get my truck in the shop most dealership have a two week wait just for diagnosis. I run a 2018 f350 SD hot shot truck my truck at the time had about 420k miles on it after driving back from WY threw high winds pulling 27k and a snow then sand storm I was 45 miles west of Dumas lost turbo boost truck was blowing black smoke from exhaust. I called the closest Ford dealer Destination Ford. I was able to drive to Dumas and pulled into dealer 30min before service closed. Mechanic came out to truck I told him I lost turbo boost . Truck running He asked for milage said over 400k said oh yeah turbo out . I said ok can we get one for tmrw morning . Parts guy was able to find a aftermarket (not a Ford part) we agreed on a price with labor. Parked my truck trailer in yard got a room and was called 8.30 am parts here we need to drop trailer and get it into shop . Being Mechanically inclined I wanted to see what damage turbo had. So walked over they had the intake hose off and truck running laptop showed boost at 15psi normal at idle they told me turbo fine . Then said my injectors 6 and 7 where bad . I said can't be I had replaced all injectors and cp4 pump 6 mths ago with out a failure just because I wanted being high milage. I said ok replace them there under warranty. No parts were again available. But offered again aftermarket injectors i said no dealer parts come with a warranty called my mechanic in Houston he talked to the mechanic in Dumas suggesting do a injector leak down test. Mechanic looked baffled but did the test after being guided by my mechanic. The results were good all injectors were fine. Then Mechanic says man your cylinders 4 6 7 have no compression truck running still but smoking. I again called my Mechanic in Houston he said tell them put it together and get the hell out of there they don't know what they are doing paid 900. Plus dollars for nothing to get it out. Calling my mechanic again for help telling him what happened before losing power driving through sand storm said go to parts house get some sensor cleaner replace air filter clean everything air related and drive it hard blow out all soot build up truck ran great again made it to Houston took it to my Mechanic he ask if they erased engine codes I said no he plugged in laptop and determined from data air filter was completely clogged and that's all it was . I have put another 10k miles since with any issues. Dumas Mechanic has no clue what he is doing and not ase certified completely lost and unable to properly read and understand data from laptop I do not recommend them for major repairs.

As an employee of the dealership, I was treated as another customer who was making a commitment to a vehicle. I gave the business my trust and I was able to leave in a 2022 Subaru WRX. The atmosphere was great and exciting, while people are shaking your hand and patting you on the back giving you a congratulations. I believe in keeping big purchases local to support the community around me. In conclusion, that is why I chose Destination Ford of Dumas.
