“On our way back home, we decided to find a “cheap” motel to stay at without having to spend $100 or more. Not disappointed at all. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Staff in the front was extremely polite. (Even have 3 bed options if needed) pretty quiet. Not a lot of noise around. All in all, a great place to stay if you need a hot shower and bed for the night!”

“Clean, spacious room with cable TV. Comfortable beds and pillow and quiet AC. Breakfast is sparse unless you like Jimmy Dean sausage biscuts. Then you will have found heaven. Hotel is showing its age with worn carpet and squecky hinges. But otherwise, its a great nights sleep and good shower/tub.”

“Our room had a leaky toilet…. I had to put towels all over the floor because I didn’t want my kids to slip good thing we had our own towels to shower…. Maintenance went by but just wanted to check on leak but never came back!! The cleaning ladies were very helpful with towels and all ?Walkability: Walmart is just across the street ❤️Food & drinks: My kids Lived the breakfast which makes me happy! And the fact that we had a late night coffee was amazing for them and myself ?Noteworthy details: Please don’t put us in a leaky room next time thank you….”

“Nice clean affordable hotel that allows our bird dogs. We stay hear once a year for the last 12 years while pheasant hunting. It is always clean and makes for a good night sleep.Walkability: Walking distance to the 287 Roadhouse restaurant for a great meal and good drinks.”

“Stay here for the a little less of 5 days(9/14-18/23) but I got to say this was one of the nicest lodging I have stayed in. Room was clean, bed felt good, staff were friendly .Overall good experiance, highly recommend !”

“When you stay at a roadside motel for a cheap price you don't expect much. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it is old and run down BUT it is clean. CLEAN The beds were more comfortable then many of the high-end hotels we have stayed at, the air conditioner worked without sounding like an old lady chain smoking. And it was quiet. If you need to bells and whistles to be happy, drive on by. But if you just want a good sleep to continue on the road this place is just fine.”

The room was clean, pool and hot tub exceeded our needs, and the morning breakfast was great. We stay at a lot of different hotels, and when we come back to Dumas to visit family, there is only one place we will be staying at and that is the Hampton Inn. Great experience.”
