Was curious to find an Asian grocery store in this small town so we had to check it out. As soon as we walked in, we noticed a couple of people ordering their sticky rice and chicken with hot sauce. We talked to the owner's son who explained it's very popular and they even sell the hot sauces by the cup. They put cilantro in the hot sauce as it lasts longer. Interesting! The store is very small but they have a lot of Asian stuff like bags of rice, instant ramen, noodles, sausages, candies, cookies, canned Asian goods, and seafood. We returned the following day to try their sticky rice and chicken with hot sauce since it seems very popular. There were about 8 people in line already at noon. We got their combination of sticky rice with 2 thighs and a leg with extra hot sauce. Loved the hot sauce. It was just spicy enough with the perfect amount of salt. The chicken also had great flavor and was juicy. Didn't love the sticky rice though as it was hard.
