The staff is great. the front part of store is extremly clean and smells good. I would give it a 5 star but the bathroom is not handicap accessible (no room for a motorized scooter)

I went into Toot n Totum get A. Refill of a 24 oz cup than normally cost 99 cent When Asked Juliana that she charged me to much. She decided to start arguing with me and tell me I was wrong. Even though on the sign, it completely says ninety nine cents up to forty four ounces. Then she became rude and insulting, and I left. And if toot n totum are going to hold people accountable. They need to start with the people at the front desk. And teach them how to treat their customers and make sure they know how charge people. I would avoid this tautum if all possibility based on their attitude how they treat people.
