Was just at the store a Hispanic male whistled to get my attention as I was trying to help look up the part number while I was in line. The product I was coming for was not in stock even though it shows that they were in stock. Maybe train your staff not to whistle at people to get their attention. I'm not a dog

Went to this location to get a new headlight & i was having some trouble taking the headlight out as it was dark and i could hardly see. Watson one of the managers saw me struggling and offered to help which i was very grateful for . He was able to take my old head light out & knew which one i needed and also put my new headlight bulb in. His customer service was amazing and i just want to thank him again for his knowledge, kindness & willingness to help me.

Staff at this location were very helpful. However, this is a retail store, not a hobby shop. Enticing customers to service there own
cars on the parking lot is not AutoZones business. Allowing amateur customers to service, repair their car on property leads
to hazardous materials being spilled into the enviroment, inoperable cars on customer parking lot and tieing up employees
with something other than retail customers.

I went in to exchange a very small item and it was a big deal bcause I didn't have a receipt and they would've cash back I couldn't believe the Hassel just for a small item first an last time I'll be in there an then the other employees just stand there an talking like I can't hear them an like I'm bothering them looking like I took this item all it was was some extra clean car wipes but never again this autozon I will go out of my way to another one that I know I'm appreciated an not looked at like I'm taking something but adleast I know where I'll shop it will never be this way

Manager offered a 10% discount because a tag was misplaced. He tried to be sneaky only giving the discount to the cheapest item and not the whole order. Although I let him do that he thought I didn’t know. He seemed like a great fellow, disappointment. Lying to his own word trying to deceive others.

Most of time not very helpful. They seem more ready to get you out of the store then to actually help you find something or even to ask questions.

The store manager Scott is the BEST and Zandra was also sooo amazing! I had an issue with my battery and the warranty but Scott and zandra made sure they took care of everything! I will definitely ONLY be coming to autozone for any future issues! Thanks so much to the entire store staff they all were so incredibly helpful!
