Ive been going to Bank of America for over 20 years. And ive been to multiple locations and never had many problems. But that changed today and my expectations of their customer service have never been changed so easily. I was refused service by both an employee and the Manager. I always thought that 1 star reviews were always exaggerated, but after my experience here, I’d make sure to check the reviews before visiting another location. Don’t waste your time going to this location.

So I’ve had the ATMs malfunction with my deposit on 3 occasions. The only one that hasn’t malfunctioned so far is the walk up one in front of the bank. The process to get your money back is two business days, for a credit, which increases every time you have an issue. Currently I’m on my third issue and it looks like I have to wait the entire 10 days until things are resolved. They don’t make any exceptions for bills needing to be paid or food that needs to be bought. They won’t help with fees unless the fees are from their institution.

Be careful with their ATMs on cash deposits. It takes the money and shuts down causing you to call in and have to wait for the money 1 to 2 weeks later. You can’t tell the manager cause he can’t do nothing. I waited 2 weeks before now I’m waiting for $305 I deposited at ITXH0006 atm number. All of their atms has had a claim on by myself about taking my cash and rebooting and having to file a claim each time. It’s procedure so you can’t do anything but wait. I hate that about this location .

Great Service by Cassandra Jones (Relationship Banker ) She was very helpful , visited first time in this branch and am very satisfied by the service given by her. She welcomed me and responded to all my requests. I will definitely visit again and ask her. Very professional. She is the best .Kudos to Cassandra Jones ????

Extremely unprofessional, I had an appointment I was running late I called for over an hour before I could reach someone. I told him exactly when I would be there he said ok. I arrived to the door being locked for lunch. Simply unreal!

Manager Craig is a joke. He needs to be trained again or fired. He gone give me info then vanish when I needed details. One teller said he left for the day then the next says he’s on lunch. What manager sends their employees to relay messages when they could’ve spoke up from the jump instead of leading with lies. Obviously they need help if they’re coming to ask. Cassandra & her lil bob wig is a joke too. Trying to argue with the fraud department on the phone. The only person that helped was the banker that suggested I go to a different location. The second location assisted me but I’m still closing my account. Shouldn’t have to be sent in for help by a CSR then turn away bc the manager is d****

Was kicked out for not wearing a stupid Soffocator (aka mask) even after I explained my cause for not wearing one they made me stand outside and didn't cash my check, they have been brainwashed by the so called media wich are nothing but garbage we know masks don't work and the death jab does not work either.Boycott this type of places, they violate our constitutional rights, take your money somewhere else to a small bank where they do not support this garbage and to a place where you are truly appreciated as a customer and not treated as a dog or as if you have leprosy.They need to REPENT and believe in the GOSPEL of Jesuschrist

Manager Craig Johnson is extremely rude and used an aggressive tone with me. I was attempting to clarify why they would not honor a check from their own account holder. I will be contacting corporate next.

4 employees and only 1 is working with customers. Looks like 3 managers and 1 teller. That’s not how you ensure customer service.

This branch of bank of america be careful when you withdraw money there is a theft on the parking I withdraw money on 12/3 2021 around 2 pm $ 4500 he follows me all the way to to forest hill tx with my aunt house I park my car I go in side to the house when i grap the item I came back my car is the driver side glass broke they take the money around $8000 and all my documents with my wallet thanks guys check your side before you left
